01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Player One Network (P1N), including its website, mobile or desktop applications and associated services, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
02 Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to register. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
03 Community Standards
Do not engage in harassment, threats, hateful abuse, impersonation, fraud, phishing, spam, malicious software distribution, unauthorized access, privacy violations, sexual exploitation, unlawful conduct, or artificial manipulation of engagement. We may remove content or restrict accounts to enforce these rules and protect users.
04 Your Content and License
You retain ownership of your original posts, videos, images, guides, comments and other content. By submitting content, you grant P1N a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt it as needed to operate, promote and improve the services. You confirm you have the rights required to submit it. Removal ends this license except for reasonable backups, legal compliance, security needs and copies already shared by others.
05 Videos and Creator Features
Creators are responsible for their uploads and any rights needed to publish them. P1N may remove violating videos. We do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, recommendations or featured placement. Creator controls and recommendations may change as services develop.
06 The Lobby, Messaging and Squads
Posts, profiles, messages, reactions and squads are subject to these Terms. Do not use private or public features for harassment, scams, spam or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Public content may be visible to visitors and other users.
07 Knowledge and Guides
Contributors retain ownership of original guides and must not submit plagiarized, malicious or knowingly misleading material. Helpful votes, ratings and contribution metrics must not be manipulated. Community guides are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
08 Forums and Moderation
Users are responsible for topics and replies. Authorized moderators may organize, lock or remove discussions and apply restrictions. Do not evade moderation actions or disrupt discussions.
09 Intellectual Property and Copyright
P1N branding, logos, original software and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit them without authorization. Rights holders may report infringement using the contact information below. We may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
10 Shop and Purchases
Products, pricing, taxes, shipping and applicable policies are presented at checkout. Purchases may be subject to separate return, refund and shipping policies. We may correct errors or cancel orders where lawful. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11 Achievements and Virtual Features
XP, levels, reputation, badges and achievements are participation features, have no cash value unless expressly stated, and may be adjusted to prevent abuse or improve the service.
12 Alpha and Beta Services
Early-access features may be incomplete, interrupted or changed. Do not rely on them as your only storage for important data. Report bugs through available support channels.
13 Suspension, Termination and Deletion
We may restrict or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. Users may request deletion through available account tools or contact channels. Some records may be retained for legal compliance, security or dispute resolution.
14 Privacy and Third Parties
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. External integrations, embeds and payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. Do not publish sensitive personal information in public areas.
15 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, failures, security events and development changes may affect availability. Features may be introduced, modified or discontinued.
16 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or accuracy of user-generated content. Non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.
17 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P1N and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and the effective date will be updated. Additional consent will be obtained where required.
19 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Ohio law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights in your jurisdiction.
