The last two days have brought some of the biggest updates to Player One Network so far.

This update focused heavily on accounts, community progression, creator channels, video interaction, Alpha preparation, and continuing to connect the different parts of P1 into one unified platform.

🔐 PLAYER ONE ACCOUNTS

One of the biggest additions is the continued rollout of the new Player One Accounts experience.

The goal is to give members a consistent Player One identity across the entire network.

🆕 Account System Improvements

The new account experience includes:

• Custom Player One registration.
• Custom sign-in.
• Password reset functionality.
• Email verification.
• Improved account security.
• Better account recovery.
• Integration across Player One services.
• Improved account management.
• More consistent profile identity across P1.

Your Player One account is becoming the central identity connecting everything you do across the network.

🎨 NEW JOIN & SIGN-IN EXPERIENCE

The registration and login experience received a complete visual redesign.

The new experience now better matches the Player One Network gaming and technology aesthetic.

Improvements include:

• Cleaner layouts.
• Better form organization.
• Improved spacing.
• Stronger P1 branding.
• Better responsiveness.
• More consistent interface styling.
• A smoother onboarding experience.

Several smaller design issues were also corrected.

UI Fixes

Updates included:

• Fixing Display Name field alignment.
• Correcting logo positioning.
• Improving spacing throughout account forms.
• Correcting alignment around network status elements.
• Additional visual cleanup throughout the registration experience.

🔄 LOGIN REDIRECT IMPROVEMENTS

An issue could occasionally occur after signing in where members were sent to an incomplete or blank destination.

Redirect handling has been improved so members are now taken to a proper page after authentication.

This makes the overall flow between:

Registration → Verification → Sign In → Player One Network

much smoother.

✉️ PLAYER ONE VERIFICATION EMAILS

Account verification emails received a major branding update.

Verification messages now better represent Player One Network instead of feeling like generic automated account emails.

Updates include:

• Player One Network verification branding.
• Cleaner verification messages.
• Better account confirmation flow.
• Improved resend behavior.
• More consistent sender information.
• Better email presentation.

📧 CUSTOM PLAYER ONE EMAIL SENDER

Administrators now have more control over the email address used when Player One Network sends account-related messages.

This includes:

• Verification messages.
• Verification resends.
• Account-related notifications.
• Future system communications.

Additional fixes were also made so configured sender addresses work more reliably.

The goal is simple:

Emails from Player One Network should actually feel like they came from Player One Network.

🏆 REPUTATION SYSTEM OVERHAUL

The community reputation system received another major upgrade.

Previously, reputation could appear too similar across accounts regardless of actual participation.

That system is being replaced with reputation based on what members actually contribute to the community.

Reputation Starts From Zero

New members now begin their reputation journey at:

0 Reputation

From there, reputation can grow through meaningful participation.

Activities that can contribute include:

• Receiving likes.
• Helping other community members.
• Positive community participation.
• Video engagement.
• Video ratings.
• Knowledge contributions.
• Creating useful guides.
• Community involvement.
• Other meaningful contributions across P1.

Reputation should represent what you’ve actually brought to the community.

🎖️ REPUTATION TIERS & TITLES

Reputation is also becoming much more than a percentage.

The updated system introduces the foundation for:

• Reputation tiers.
• Reputation titles.
• Progress indicators.
• Visual progression.
• Improved reputation cards.
• Interactive feedback.
• Small animations when reputation changes.

Higher reputation should feel like an actual achievement.

⭐ XP & LEVEL PROFILE CLEANUP

The member profile experience received another cleanup pass.

Duplicate XP and level information was removed so progression isn’t unnecessarily repeated throughout the page.

The primary level display remains the main place for tracking:

• Current level.
• XP.
• Progress toward the next level.
• Progression animations.

This makes profiles cleaner while keeping progression easy to understand.

✨ LEVEL & REPUTATION ANIMATIONS

Progression should feel rewarding.

Additional visual feedback has been introduced throughout:

• XP progression.
• Level gains.
• Reputation increases.
• Tier progression.
• Progress bars.

The goal is to make progression feel alive without overwhelming the profile with unnecessary effects.

The achievement system has been expanded considerably.

Achievements are being connected with more parts of the Player One Network ecosystem.

🗂️ ACHIEVEMENT PAGE REDESIGN

As more achievements were added, the achievement page needed a better way to organize everything.

The page is being redesigned so finding achievements doesn’t require endless scrolling.

Improvements include:

• Achievement categories.
• Filtering.
• Cleaner achievement cards.
• More compact layouts.
• Better progress visibility.
• Improved locked/unlocked states.
• Easier browsing.
• Clearer achievement descriptions.

Achievements should now be much easier to explore and work toward.

🎬 PLAYER ONE VIDEO EXPANSION

The Player One Video system received another major round of development.

The goal remains to build a complete creator platform rather than simply a place to upload videos.

📱 SHORT-FORM CLIPS

Development continued on dedicated short clips.

Creators will be able to create shorter pieces of content from their videos and publish them separately.

The clip experience includes support for:

• Selecting a source video.
• Choosing clip start and end points.
• Previewing clips.
• Custom clip titles.
• Descriptions.
• Custom thumbnails.
• Dedicated clip pages.
• Social sharing.
• Integration with the wider P1 community.

Clips are intended to become a faster, more shareable form of content throughout the network.

😄 VIDEO REACTION SYSTEM

Video reactions received another significant upgrade.

The new reaction experience is designed to feel more interactive and expressive.

Improvements include:

• Hover-based reaction selection.

• Reaction toggling.
• Better reaction tracking.
• Improved visual feedback.
• Small reaction animations.

Additional work was also done to improve how reaction totals are stored and displayed.

💬 VIDEO COMMENTS & REPLIES

Video discussions are receiving a major redesign.

The updated comment experience includes:

• Cleaner comment layouts.
• Better replies.
• Improved conversation threading.
• Likes for comments and replies.
• Clearer visual hierarchy.
• Better spacing.
• Easier-to-follow discussions.

This should make conversations underneath videos feel much more like an actual community space.

👤 CLICKABLE COMMUNITY PROFILES

Usernames throughout video discussions are also becoming interactive.

Members can click usernames and profile information to visit another player’s profile or creator channel.

This helps connect conversations directly back to the people participating in them.

📐 VIDEO TITLE ALIGNMENT FIX

Video cards could previously become misaligned when titles had very different lengths.

Long and short titles could move elements such as:

• Reactions.
• Metadata.
• Video controls.
• Card spacing.

The layout has been adjusted so video cards remain much more consistent regardless of title length.

🖥️ VIDEO UPLOAD PAGE FIX

A layout issue caused the video upload page to stretch far beyond the normal width of the screen.

That horizontal overflow has been corrected.

The uploader should now remain properly contained and much easier to navigate.

📡 LIVE STREAMING DEVELOPMENT

Work also continued around future Player One Live Streaming support.

The focus is on creating the infrastructure needed for creators to eventually broadcast directly through Player One Network.

This includes continued work around:

• Stream ingestion.
• Creator broadcasting.
• Playback.
• Stream infrastructure.
• Future creator controls.
• Live audience interaction.

Live streaming remains one of the larger systems still under active development.

👤 CREATOR CHANNEL REDESIGN

One of the biggest updates during this development window is the complete redesign of creator channels.

Creator profiles are becoming much more customizable and interactive.

Instead of every creator having nearly the same page, channels can now better reflect the creator behind them.

🌟 FEATURED VIDEOS

Creators can now highlight content directly on their channels.

A featured video can be selected to appear prominently for visitors.

This gives creators a way to highlight:

• Their newest upload.
• A channel trailer.
• A popular video.
• An important announcement.
• A major project.

👋 CHANNEL WELCOME MESSAGES

Creators can also add a custom welcome message to their channel.

This gives visitors a better introduction to:

• Who the creator is.
• What kind of content they make.
• What their channel focuses on.
• What viewers should check out first.

It helps make channels feel more personal.

📂 CREATOR PLAYLISTS

Creators now have much better ways to organize their content.

Custom playlists can group videos into collections such as:

• Series.
• Walkthroughs.
• Reviews.
• Tutorials.
• Shows.
• Game-specific collections.
• Tech content.
• Streams.

Support includes both:

Visible to channel visitors.
